FAQ

Some questions you might have about shopping with Formes:

Are you operating during Covid-19?

Yes I am still accepting, processing and dispatching orders in this strange time! I have all my stock in my home studio, so am able to fulfil your orders safely from here.

I have limited my trips to the post office to once a week, and parcels may take longer to get to you than normal. If there are any issues sending out your order, I'll contact you.

Can I amend my delivery address?

If you order hasn't been dispatched yet (you will have received another email if so) you can get in touch to change your delivery address by emailing me at formes@mail.com

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship worldwide with Royal Mail. If your country is not available in the selection when checking out just get in touch at formes@mail.com for an international shipping quote.

Can I return an item?

Full price, non-bespoke items can be returned. Sale items and one-offs cannot be returned. If you wish to return an item please respond to the email confirmation for your order. The product must be in perfect condition with its original labels and tags. You have 14 days from receiving your parcel, and you will be in charge of the return costs.

If you would like to make a size change please respond to your order confirmation email. As long as your desired size is in stock I'll be happy to swap it for you once receiving the original item back. In this case the delivery expenses for the new item will be free.

How are Formes products ethically made?

I source my blank items from suppliers who partner with factories that demonstrate fair and safe working conditions, all of whom are WRAP certified. (WRAP is an independent, non-profit organisation dedicated to promoting and ensuring safe and ethical manufacturing).

All screenprinting, label sewing, and detail making (e.g. hang tags) is done in-house by me!

What materials do you use and how are these eco-friendly?

I use 100% organic cotton products that are certified by the Global Organic Textile Standards (GOTS) at every stage. The production of the t-shirts I use has a Standard 100 certificate by OEKO-TEX, which means that every component of the t-shirts have been tested for harmful substances, and the items are therefore harmless in human ecological terms.

The inks I use to screenprint my designs are non-toxic and solvent-free.

How does the sizing compare?

All t-shirts are standard European unisex sizes and are available in Small - Extra Large. They have a relaxed fit that suits many different shapes and sizes. Men: you might want to consider buying a size larger than you would normally wear.

Get in touch at formes@mail.com if you'd like any advice on sizing.

Are you stocked in any brick-and-mortar shops?

We have a few items available at the wonderful Short Press and the fantastic No Brand, both in Leeds.
